New UI is very bad, very difficult to switch between modes 新的UI设计非常有问题，一度找不到影音加速在哪里打开。大多数的user都是影音加速，而影音切换线路现在非常麻烦。 原本的UI简洁明了，现在新的UI复杂化了加速流程,把影音加速作为一个“应用”特别奇怪，设计师完全没有考虑用户的思维。 The new UI has very bad user experience in terms of setting up the video streaming proxy. I had to find the video proxy as an “app” in the list which doesn’t make any sense. It’s also very difficult to switch between different modes now, please revert back to the old design.

bad service with bad customer service I have tried several other VPN and this one simply does not work. I purchased it because it says 30-day money back guarantees(they put it in a vey obvious position in the front page)so I thought I could try it anyway. However, that only works for the 360day plan which is inside the very long user agreement and you won’t find it unless you read every sentence of it. So it plays tricks on you. Their VPN connection might be good, as I found many positive reviews, but just doesn’t work for me. And I cannot get the money back though I did not get any service. They did provide engineer service to ask to to do many test for them. I just don’t want to waste time to do trouble shooting for the bad service. I suggest anyone who wants to buy the service just to be very cautious and prepared for the very bad customer service. I won’t touch this app forever.

It worked great a few months ago I don’t know what happened, but it’s been not working anymore since a few months ago on the smartphone app. Until now it still didn’t fix, I paid for this app but now it’s only working on the pc. I tried to ask for some help but never get any replies. This is really making people feel upset. Few days ago I contact customer service again, and they told me how to fix those problems. Now it'sworking again.

Doesn’t work anymore?? I’m in Pittsburgh and it doesn’t work. When I was in Canada it worked fine. Update: tried using the “global mode” (全局模式?) according to the developers suggestion, still didn’t work. Any other possible fixes? Update: worked after I closed and re-opened the app. Thanks!

闪退... Dunno why it happened today. I tried to re-download the app and restart my phone. But it always 闪退when I try to open the app. But other than that, this app has saved my life because I can’t live without music so thank you. But please fix this problem if you could Thanks.

It is work but seriously you guy need to debug your app, i stuck 3 times just to set the password. Once NG the column is freeze, need to resend activation code zzz

I cant chnge into english . Is it a bug?? If i choose english , it switches back to chinese Edit: still that doesn't help me. Then if i need to register , they sent the code but if i enter it it says 'English+ 6 or more characters'

Giving 5★ cause the vpn works well but this app isn't stable crashing most of the time or freezing. Please fix it.
